On Monday, March 16, 3,800 workers at the JBS plant in Greeley, Colorado walked off the job and launched an unfair labor practice strike. The strike lasted for three weeks before ending when JBS agreed to return to the bargaining table in good faith. Workers are still fighting for personal protective equipment (PPE), better wages, and safer working conditions.
